  • License: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for your personal trading only.

5. ACCOUNTS & TERMINATION

  • Account Security: When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service.
  • Termination: We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

  • TRADING LOSSES: ANY FINANCIAL LOSSES INCURRED BY YOU THROUGH THE USE OF OUR SOFTWARE, ALGORITHMS, OR SIGNALS.
  • TECHNICAL FAILURES: ERRORS, BUGS, SERVER DOWNTIME, OR LATENCY IN THE SOFTWARE OR DATA FEED.
  • THIRD-PARTY ACTIONS: ACTS OR OMISSIONS OF YOUR BROKER, DATA PROVIDER, OR INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER.
  • LIABILITY CAP: IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, FOR ACCESSING THIS SITE OR PURCHASING THE SOFTWARE DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Arizona.
